The Automation Audit

Two weeks, $2,500, and a written map of where your pipeline is leaking time.

I spend two weeks inside your back office, ship one working automation, and hand you a report that tells you what to automate next and what to leave alone.

Findings guarantee: if the written report doesn't surface at least $10,000 a year of findable time or money, the audit is free.

What you get

Current state map

Every tool, spreadsheet, inbox, and manual handoff in your deal to close workflow, documented on one page so you can see the shape of it.

Top 5 findings

Ranked by hours saved per deal or dollars at risk. Each finding names the specific workflow, the specific fix, and the estimated effort to build it.

Prioritized build roadmap

What to automate first, second, third, and what to leave alone. Honest estimates in weeks and dollars so you can budget without me.

One quick win, shipped

I don't leave without putting at least one working automation in your hands during the audit. Usually an inbox sorter, a data scraper, or a one click report.

Loom walkthrough

A 20 minute recorded walkthrough of the findings and the quick win so you can share it with a partner, a lender, or your accountant.

Two week timeline

Day 0
Kickoff call (60 min). I get access to the spreadsheets, inbox samples, proforma template, and any existing tools. You sign a mutual NDA.
Days 1 to 5
I shadow the pipeline: read a quarter of deal emails, run through your proforma process end to end, map every handoff.
Days 6 to 10
I prototype the quick win and draft the findings. Midpoint check in to validate direction.
Days 11 to 13
Finalize the report, record the Loom, ship the quick win to your environment.
Day 14
Readout call (60 min). Walk the report, hand off the quick win, scope any follow on build engagement.

FAQ

Why $2,500? Other consultants do free discovery.

Free discovery is a sales call dressed up as a deliverable. The audit is a real piece of work with real artifacts you keep whether or not we work together again. Pricing it filters out people who aren't serious and protects my attention for the ones who are.

What if you don't find $10k a year in savings?

You don't pay. I refund the audit in full. This has not happened yet, but the guarantee is real. I'd rather eat one bad audit than take money from a client who didn't get value.

Do I have to buy a build engagement after?

No. You own the report, the roadmap, and the quick win. Take them to your in house person, another contractor, or a SaaS vendor. I'll even recommend alternatives if they fit you better than I do.

What access do you need?

Read only at first: your deal tracker (whatever form it takes), a representative sample of broker, lender, and wholesaler emails, your proforma and rent roll templates, and whatever you use for entitlement or draw tracking.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, mutual NDA at kickoff. I don't name clients publicly without written permission.

Remote or in person?

Either. I'm in Utah, so for Wasatch Front operators I'm happy to do kickoff and readout in person and the middle remote.

Ready to book?

Start with a 20 minute fit call. I'll ask what's hurting, you'll ask me anything you want. If we both nod, we schedule the audit kickoff within two weeks.
